Shipping policy
1. Worldwide shipping will be handled by Registered Air Mail and it will take 14-60 days to ship.
2. Standart shipping time may vary depending on your location and customs processing, so I can't guarantee that item will be received by certain date.
3. If you expect toy for certain date, we can suggest express shipping.
4. If you item did not arrive within 60 days, contact us and we will log an investigation through Ukrainian Post. If the package is officially recognized lost, 100% refund is guaranteed. It takes about 2 months to review the request.
5. If a package comes damaged please file a report while the package is being handed to you. Do not let the postman go leaving you with a damaged parcel. Make post person document the fact of the damaged sending.
6. November and December time, before Christmas time - shipping time is not guaranteed, timing is up to the international Delivery. No comments or refunds for late delivery. Please order in advance.
